My Reflection is that you sould always work as a team and you would get a better result it really better to do teamwork than to do  it youreself  and you can do your work more quick and working as a team you would get more thing done if only everyone in you team or group is ctr.

Home health aids they usually work for many companies that provide in home assistance to ill , injured , elderly , or some disabled customers. They have to take their patients blood pressure and also their temperature and also their pulse of their patients. Home Health Aids help their patients get in and out of their bed for their patient to take a bath or to get dressed. They also need to prepare and serve meals as well as perform housekeeping chores like for an example like making their beds and also clean their rooms

Average Salary: $8,000-$18,000

Educational Requirements:

Most employers prefer that nursing assistant and aids have high school diploma or a GED certificate. Some vocational schools and community colleges offer training programs.

I would not want to be a Home Health Aids because I don’t really want to clean some one else room and I don’t really want to be a housekeeping and do all the work for them and really I don’t really see myself doing this career in my future and it dosent really speak to me.

My Reflection is that working together is a better way to become a good sportsmanship and it would be easier to work in a team than to work alone for example you need to do a school presentaion and you have stage frigh it better to have someone to be there with you and work together on that presentation and get a good grade and more people you would achevie more.

Healthcare Administrator direct and manage the hospitals and many other healthcare Facilities. They need to plan a long-range and financial administration and also personnel administration. Many of the small hospitals may only have one of the administration while larger hospitals may have many of them

Average Salary:$35,000-$100,000

Educational Requirements:
student need to take challenging high school courses in business , Science , math , and English. Most of them need a master’s degree in a health  care administrators or also a business administration.

I would not want to be one because this career dosent  really speak to me and I don’t really see myself doing this career in my future.

My Refection about this quote is that it is better to be as a group to achieve your goal because support can make your dream or goal to be more achieveable to accomplish and that someone can really help you out with your dream or goal. For example you have a project and you are working by yourself and it would be hard and you would have more work and you wont get it as well and it would better to be with a group because they can help you and do a better job on it than being by your self.
