Educational
Requirements:
Student will
need a high school diploma or a GED certificate and two years of college
prior to beginning ophthalmic training programs, most of these programs may
vary in length but can take up to two years to complete.

REFLECTION:
I would not
want to be an ophthalmic technicians because it not really my thing to do and
this career doesn’t really speak to me and I don’t see myself doing this career
in my future.
There are also numerous brand names of gear that a technical assistant would need to recognize. This is the invisible trade. Nevertheless the need of ophthalmic jobs fixes can surge while requirement is constantly on the surge.
